Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: 7 JULY 2026

1. Who we are

Azimuth Systems Ltd (we, us, our) is a software studio registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal information handled through this website (azimuthsystemsltd.com) and our company communications. Registered company details are set out on our Legal & Disclaimers page. Our individual apps — including The OOW Bible and The EOOW & ETO Bible — have their own privacy policies on their own pages, which govern the personal data processed within those apps.

2. What we collect

This is a company information website. We only collect personal information that you choose to give us — principally when you email us, in which case we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider also processes standard technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, as is normal for operating a website securely.

3. Cookies & analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build advertising profiles about you. If we introduce optional analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

4. How and why we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to provide updates you have specifically asked for, and to keep records of our correspondence. We use technical/log data to keep the site available, secure and working properly. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent (where you have asked us to contact you), and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running a secure website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run the business — such as our website hosting and email providers — and only so far as they need it to provide their services to us as data processors. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law. Any providers located outside the UK are covered by appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, and then delete it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@azimuthsystemsltd.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the last updated date above shows when it last changed. Any questions about privacy or your personal information: privacy@azimuthsystemsltd.co.uk.
